Jose Santiago De Santiago Olguin was born in 1926 and ran an ice cream shop: the kind of business where a dead compressor means a lost season. So he learned to install and repair his own refrigeration. His son Alfredo grew up inside that machinery and turned the skill into a refrigeration business of his own in Zacatecas, Mexico.
Alfredo’s son Frederick brought the trade to Texas, establishing ColdSolutions in Corpus Christi in 2013. Today father and son operate the company together — 50 years of combined residential and commercial experience, working the same trade the family has worked for three generations.
The name on the incorporation papers says the rest: De Santiago & Sons, Inc.
