New AC Systems for Houston Homes
ColdSolutions installs new air conditioning systems in Houston, TX. We size each system to the home, including two-story homes that need one system per floor. Eligible residential member installs carry a 10-year parts and labor warranty. Call (832) 957-0060, or read about AC installation.
Houston homes are often big and sealed tight against the heat. Many put the air handler in the attic and run a second system for the upstairs. Because Houston air is so humid, the right size matters a lot. A system that is too big cools fast but leaves the house damp and clammy.
Why Size Matters More in Houston
An oversized AC cools the air and shuts off before it can pull the water out. The house hits the set temperature but still feels sticky. A right-sized system runs longer, steadier cycles and dries the air as it cools.
- Rooms that feel clammy even when cool
- A system that turns on and off often
- Upstairs rooms that never catch up
- Big swings between floors
Replacing One System or Two
If your home has two systems, they may not need to be replaced at the same time. We look at each one and price them separately, so you can decide. Wisetack and FTL Finance plans are available. See financing.
